My passion is educational marketing, specifically within higher education. My occupational core is market research, but I've been actively involved with organizational marketing structures, CRM processes, marketing strategy and differentiation and program market tests.
My relevant experiences include nine years at Penn State University as Director of Marketing Research and Planning; President of Diagnostics Plus, a market research and consulting firm; director of research at an advertising firm; and I teach marketing online at two universities.
I have an MBA, MS and BS from the University of Vermont.
